School of Education

School of education refers to the interactions between teachers, students, and the learning environment and the learning tasks. This broad term includes how teachers and students relate together as well as the instructional approaches implemented in the classroom.

Korean philology enables students to study Korean. The Korean Language gives students unique access to South Korea and in-depth knowledge of their cultures, histories, and social change over time. Upon successful completion of this course, students will have the knowledge and skills like recognize and pronounce all consonants and vowel sounds of Korean, communicate confidently in speech and writing, in polite, neutral, or informal forms, on such topics as interpersonal relationships, cultural events, popular culture, politics, and history. 

Primary education course, specifically the core modules of education-focused to enable pupils to acquire the fundamental knowledge and skills to develop basic cultural competence.
Primary education provides students with a basic understanding of various subjects like psychology, teaching methodology, assessment methodology as well as the skills they will use throughout their teaching.

Pre-School course students learn how to work with small groups and teach basic skills through combined play and structured learning. They also help their students learn to socialize, both with adults and with peers. Preschool teachers plan lessons and activities teaching children basic motor and language skills.

English education course focuses on areas of study such as general education, professional education, and English content like literature, linguistics, and writing. Through these core modules, students earn licensure to teach English and language arts at the middle and high school levels. As well as TKT and Celta credentials upon successful graduation.
